Natia founded EcoShade in 2023 with a single mission: put the same precision-agriculture intelligence that Tier-1 industrial farms enjoy into the hands of every smallholder. She spent the previous decade building agronomic data products for the Farmers Association of Georgia and consulting with FAO on smallholder digitisation programmes across Uzbekistan, Armenia, and Moldova.
Her published work on remote sensing for smallholders has been cited by UNDP regional reports, and she sits on the technical advisory board for two EU Horizon Europe agri-tech grants. Natia speaks Georgian, English, Russian, and conversational Italian — and she still personally answers every founder@ecoshade.org email.
